White youth ‘kill and try to dismember’ two black males in a trap at their residence and are arrested as they play video games near the dead bodies

In Joliet, Illinois, the bodies of two black males were found in the residence of a Racist Suspect, while three of the accused murderers play video games near the crime scene. The victims were strangled to death and their bodies showed signs of attempted dismemberment.  Enforcement officials say the brutal crime was at the hands of four white youth.  They also have reported that the Victims may have been lured to the residence of Alisa Massaro, Racist/murder Suspect, and then “robbed and killed”.  The Victims were missing for two days before they were found.

Suspected Racist enforcement officials attempt to dismiss the role Racism (White Supremacy) may have played in the heinous crime.  Charles Pelkie, spokesman for the Will county State’s Attorney office said there was “…no information at this point that indicates race was a factor in the killings of Glover and Rankins.”

Racism (White Supremacy) is the dominant social order on the planet.  Therefore, Race always has something to do with the experiences of people who are classified as black/non-white, particularly if that experience involves mistreatment inflicted upon them by people who classify themselves as “white” who in all likelihood may very well be Racists (White Supremacists).

i will fear all white girls and white boys

there are no differences to me

Black men are vilified as dangerous, criminals, and murderers for thats how white supremacy grooms us all to think.  But give me examples of when black folk do this kinda perverse shit.  I can think of tons of cases where white folk pray based on race, but less to little examples of black folk, or folks of color overall behaving so vile.  Fucking white people; the real danger in our society.  This is disgusting.

  2. Marsha P. Johnson was one of our trailblazing trans women as a Stonewall veteran, activist and a co-founder of Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries (STAR) with Sylvia Rivera.   Her body was found floating in the Hudson River near the Chelsea Piers after the 1992 Pride March.

The NYPD controversially ruled her death as a suicide over the objections of friends and supporters who states she was not suicidal.

It was also anecdotally reported that Marsha was harassed near the sport where her body as later found.

Anyone in the trans community could have told them there is more to the story of any transperson’s death, especially in light of the fact we face horrific levels of anti-trans violence aimed at us.  When you are dealing with the death of any tranwoman found under mysterious circumstances as Marsha was then, those foul play angles need to be looked at until they can definitively be ruled out

According to the Village Voice, thanks to the efforts of trans activist Mariah Lopez, the trans daughter of the late Sylvia Rivera,  the Manhattan DA’s office has assigned a person to look into the case of Marsha P. Johnson and find out what really happened to her.

Lopez believes as Sylvia Rivera did at the time that Marsha was murdered.  Lopez is also working to gather support for getting a permanent memorial statue of Marsha placed near the Chelsea Pier.

Granted it’s 20 years later, the evidence and trail has grown cold, but it’s worth it to definitively know what really happened to Marsha and the sequence of events that led to her untimely death.

sylvia rivera and martha p johnson are my heart. <3 get that case reopened and find out the truth!

    [TW SLUT SHAMING, BULLYING, MISOGYNY]

A 15-year-old Tottenville High School studentwho committed suicide yesterday afternoonat the Huguenot Staten Island Railway station was apparently the victim of ceaseless verbal abuse from classmates that followed her right up to the moment she jumped in front of a subway train.

Friends of Felicia Garcia said she was on receiving end of regular invective barrages, particularly from football players who harassed her over a past relationship with one of the school’s athletes.

“This poor girl was called a slut. She was teased on Facebook,” a senior named Victoria told theNew York Post.

Garcia, a foster child whose parents allegedly passed away, would often complain about her progressively worsening situation on Twitter and Instagram. On Monday, two days before she took her own life, Garcia posted one final tweet: “I can’t, I’m done, I give up.”

Some students who were on the train platform with Garcia yesterday said the football players were still taunting her right up to the end, hurling “sexually explicit jeers.”

When the train arrived, Garcia reportedly said “Finally it’s here,” before leaping backwards onto the tracks.

“I hope the football team feels guilty for what they did to her,” said Garcia’s friend, 15-year-old Stephanie Imparato. “They were torturing her. How can you go through life being verbally assaulted like that? These guys are cruel and malicious.”

The NYPD is said to be investigating claims that bullying played a central role in Garcia’s suicide.

The same train station was the site of another teen suicide just over two years ago.

A Massachusetts man is seeking visitation rights to the child he fathered after raping a 14-year-old girl, setting the stage for a legal battle in the Bay State.

The teen mother was raped by the 20-year-old family friend three years ago and says she still suffers from severe anxiety and depression. She says she is terrified at the prospect of having any dealings with her tormentor, reports MyFoxBoston.com.

    Disturbing.

I’m reblogging this because ever since it came out that Mittens and lyin’ Ryan support rapists in this way, I’ve seen people say that this never happens.

    No.

It does. Because rapists crave control, so of course they seek this out. This is another way to control and harass your victim. And it’s legal.

    Love,

    Rabble

The El Mozote Massacre took place in and around the village of El Mozote, in Morazán department, El Salvador, on December 11, 1981, when Salvadoran armed forces trained by the United States military killed at least 200 and up to 1000 civilians in an anti-guerrilla campaign during the Salvadoran Civil War.

As news of the massacre slowly emerged, the Reagan administration in the United States attempted to dismiss it because of its reflection of the human rights abuses of the Salvadoran government, which the US was supporting with large amounts of military aid.

Men who want to flirt with women have to realize: Women live in a state of continual vigilance about sexual safety. It’s like having a mild case of hay fever that never goes away. It’s not debilitating. You’re not weak. You’re not afraid. You just suck it up and get on with your life. It’s nothing that’s going to stop you from making discoveries, or climbing mountains, or falling in love. Sometimes you can almost forget about it. It doesn’t mean it’s not there, subtly sucking your energy. You learn to avoid situations that make it worse and seek out conditions that make it better.

If a female stranger is wary around you, it is not because she suspects you are a rapist, or that all men are rapists. It’s because a general level of circumspection is what vigilance requires. Don’t take it personally.

If this frustrates you, try to remember that women are blamed for lapsed vigilance. If a woman does get raped, everyone rushes to see where she let her guard down. Was she drinking? Was she alone? Was she wearing a short skirt? Did she go to a strange man’s room for coffee at 4am?

A woman must be seen to be vigilant as well as be vigilant. If she is deemed insufficiently vigilant, she will be at least partly blamed for any sexual violence that befalls her. If she’s regarded as downright reckless, that “evidence” can be used to completely exonerate her rapist. If it comes down to a he said/she said dispute over whether sex was consensual, as so many rape cases do, the dispute becomes a referendum on whether the woman seems like the sort of reckless person who would have sex with a stranger.

If a woman does go back to a strange man’s hotel room at 4am, even if she only wants a coffee and conversation, she’s more or less given him the power to rape her. No jury is going to believe she went up there for anything but sex. So, don’t be surprised if a stranger reacts badly to that suggestion.

    transfeminism:

These are graph from “Injustice at Every Turn” showing rate of sexual assault in jail/prison. The first graph is the rates of sexual assaults for trans women by race. The rates break down as follows:

    • Nineteen percent of all trans women who went to jail/prison
    • Thirty-eight percent of Black trans women
    • Thirty percent of America Indians trans women
    • Twenty-five percent of trans Latinas
    • Twenty-four percent of multiracial trans women
    • Twelve percent of White trans women
    • Too small of a sample to report for Asian Pacific Islander trans women

According to “Injustice at Every Turn,” a report of institutionalized discrimination against trans people: “Transgender women of color were particularly vulnerable to sexual assault in jail/prison. Thirty-eight percent (38%) of Black [trans women] respondents reported being sexually assaulted by either another inmate or a staff member in jail/prison.”

Multiracial, Latina, Black and American Indian trans women are twice to more then three times as likely as White trans women to be sexually assaulted in prison.

This is the only statistic in the report that simultaneously accounts for both the race and gender of participants. Taken by themselves trans women and trans people of color experience higher rates of discrimination than trans men, nonbinary and white trans people.

The second graph shows sexual assault rates in prison/jail by gender. The rates are for trans women:

    • Eighteen percent by inmates
    • Seven percent by staff
    • Twenty percent by anyone

    For trans men:

    • Two percent by inmates
    • Four percent by staff
    • Six percent by anyone

    For all trans people:

    • Fourteen percent by inmates
    • Seven percent by staff
    • Sixteen percent by anyone

    Gender nonconforming people:

    • Six percent by inmates
    • Four percent by staff
    • Eight percent by anyone

Trans women in jail/prison are three to nine times as likely to be sexually assaulted by inmates, nearly twice as likely to be sexually assaulted by staff, and about three (2.5 - 3.33) times as likely to be sexually assaulted by anyone when compared to trans men and gender nonconforming people in jail/prison.

The third graph shows sexual assault rates in prison/jail by race. These break down for all trans people who went to jail/prison:

    • Thirteen percent by inmates
    • Six percent by staff
    • Fifteen percent by anyone

American Indian (sample size too small for reliable analysis):

    • Twenty-seven percent by inmates
    • Eighteen percent by staff
    • Twenty-seven percent by anyone

Asian Pacific Islander (sample size too small for reliable analysis):

    • Six percent by inmates
    • Six percent by staff
    • Eleven percent by anyone

    Black:

    • Thirty-two percent by inmates
    • Nine percent by staff
    • Thirty-four percent by anyone

    Latin@:

    • Twenty-one percent by inmates
    • Seven percent by staff
    • Twenty-four percent by anyone

    White:

    • Seven percent by inmates
    • Four percent by staff
    • Nine percent by anyone

    Multiracial:

    • Fourteen percent by inmates
    • Eight percent by staff
    • Sixteen percent by anyone

With a similar break down to that of the first graph showing race and gender, trans people of color in jail/prison are significantly more likely to be sexually assaulted when compared to White trans people in jail/prison.

i wonder what the exact statistic is for nonbinary trans people
